Aside from the LesMills classes, HARDKOHR SPORTS & FITNESS has added several other free style classes that we feel will benefit our members. We invite you to join us and check out a class or two for yourself.
Butts & Guts is a class that concentrates on abdominal and core movements but focuses much more attention to your butt!.

Want fast results? Boot Camp is the class for you! This high energy workout includes a variety of body weight and cross training exercises for a total body workout. Any fitness level can be accomodated but you will be challenged and pushed to the limit.
HardKohr Cycle is a vigorous cardio class without comparison. Start pedaling and let go as your instructor takes you for the ride of your life. This class is perfect for any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist or serious racer. This class challenges your aerobic and anaerobic threshold through the use of interval training. All fitness levels are welcome.
Sample four of our popular BTS programs with a half-hour each of BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, and BODYFLOW. Start your cardio workout with BODYCOMBAT, build strength with BODYPUMP, bring your heart rate back up with BODYSTEP, and then stretch out your muscles and unwind with BODYFLOW!
It’s the next level of training. You’re sure to burn fat, build stamina & test your endurance in this class. Each week both the format and the equipment used will change to make for increased calorie burn and total body workout. Moves will include high knee jogs, squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, and sports-style plyometric drills. No choreography – men & women are encouraged to attend!
