Jen Sutton
Jen Sutton is a nationally certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Since fitness and exercise have always played a major role in her lifestyle, it seemed only natural to pursue a professional career along this path. She started out teaching classes 10 years ago and just recently became a personal trainer. She loves having the opportunity to directly touch people’s lives in a positive way. Along with personal training, she is a LesMills certified instructor in BODYPUMP, RPM, and BODYFLOW. She also teaches Boot Camp and other classes. It is her mission to help people improve their health and well being while achieving their individual fitness goals.

Jeanean Shettel
Jeanean Shettel has been involved in fitness for over fifteen years. Like a lot of people, she began her fitness journey lost in the weight room and barely doing enough cardio to get by. But, she didn’t give up and today teaches a variety of programs including HardKohr Cycle and Athletic Challenge. A few years agon she began her journey into personal training, but her job changed and she had to put it on hold for awhile. Now, she is back and recently became recertified in personal training and is ready to help you “not give up” in the weight room. In addition to weights, Jeanean is also a big fan of group fitness for your cardiovascular workout, but if you feel uncomfortable in a class environment, she is more than willing to give you some options: a one-on-one cardio workout, a weight workout mixed with cardio intervals, or grab some friends for a small group workout. Jeanean works a flexible schedule and is available mornings, evenings and weekends-talk to her to get started today!
