Weight Room

HARDKOHR SPORTS & FITNESS invested in new Cybex equipment for the weight room in July 2008. The weight room also features Hammer Strength and new dumbbells.

The weight room has also been outfitted with several cleaning stations (throw-away wipes and waste receptacle) so patrons have access to clean and sanitary equipment at all times.
